Goods** must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order, using a door to door, or counter to counter service with tracking number. Please retain your waybill (postage receipt) as proof of return. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.
We are able to offer size exchanges in the case of an incorrect size ordered. Size exchanges will be subject to availability. If you wish to return an item and take an alternative style, return it for a store credit or refund and purchase the new piece seperately.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method and can take up to 10 working days. Refunds are subject to full inspection of the goods. Items should be returned new, unused and in the same condition that you received it with all the Trendology and Designer garment tags still attached and in its original packaging. If it should be found that items are damaged, soiled or altered, it may be sent back to the customer.
