SHIPPING and TRACKING your order

Shipping and supplying merchandise is subject to availability of items and receipt of payments. Requests for delivery will be processed within 3-5 working days and delivery thereafter within 2 -3 days. We offer delivery with a courier of our choice within South Africa. We will use Dawn Wing Couriers door-to-door delivery at a flat rate of R85 (Major Cities) or R148 (Outlying Cities).

The Major City Centres in South Africa include: Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, East London, George, Johannesburg, Kimberly, Nelspruit, Pietersburg, Pretoria, Pietermaritzburg and Port Elizabeth.

As soon as we send your order, we will send you an email confirmation which will include your tracking number and contact details of the courier company. Please contact the courier agent directly and they will look up the status of your parcel, using your tracking number. Shipping and delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Will be quoted individually. Duties and all customs charges are payable by the customer.
The Transaction Currency is South African Rand or ZAR. The same payment policies apply as in the PAYMENTS section of our Policies.

PAYMENTS

Online payments may be made via VISA, MASTERCARD, DINERS OR AMERICAN EXPRESS CARD or EFT, once the Trendology banking details have been provided on request.

Card payments will go through a South African merchant  via the approved payment gateway, Payfast(Pty) Ltd. No credit card details are stored on the website and Trendology takes all reasonable steps to protect personal information of users.

RETURNS

Goods** must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order, using a door to door, or counter to counter service with tracking number. Please retain your waybill (postage receipt) as proof of return. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.

We are able to offer size exchanges in the case of an incorrect size ordered. Size exchanges will be subject to availability. If you wish to return an item and take an alternative style, return it for a store credit or refund and purchase the new piece seperately.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method and can take up to 10 working days. Refunds are subject to full inspection of the goods. Items should be returned new, unused and in the same condition that you received it with all the Trendology and Designer garment tags still attached and in its original packaging. If it should be found that items are damaged, soiled or altered, it may be sent back to the customer.

FAULTY GOODS

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within one month of purchase.Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear OR INCORRECT WASHING AND CARE, are not considered faulty.Faults need to be brought under the attention of Trendology no later than one month after receipt of the item. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty. Where possible we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund of the cost of the item if it cannot be repaired or replaced.

In order to ensure the best fit, we advise that you take your bust, waist and hip measurments.

Bust: Measure your bust at the fullest part. Use this measurement as a guideline when selecting tops, sweaters and dresses.
Waist: Measure around the natural curve of your waist, at the narrowest part of your torso
Hips: Measure at the widest point of your hips. Use the hip measurement when selecting pants and skirts. If your breast area is smaller than the hip area, you need to use hip measurements as a guideline for dresses as well.
